How do I give points and rewards as a merchant?

To give out points, enter the transaction amount on the app and slide a button to generate a QR code, the dollar to point conversion can be set by the merchant. To allow customers to redeem rewards, scan a QR code generated on their phone which will complete the transaction and then the merchant can give them their reward.

How do I earn and redeem points as a consumer?

To earn points, scan a QR code generated on the merchants phone. To redeem points click a button in the app that generates a QR code which the merchant will scan.

How much does Pouch cost?

Nothing! Pouch is completely free for merchants and consumers to use. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Does this involve our points of sale (POS) system?

Pouch works completely separately from the POS system. It solely uses the application to make each transaction and each rewarded item not added to the POS system.
